“thanks mom…”

this post is a few months late, sorry for the tardiness, but just wanted to say thanks to Jeremiah’s Mom who grew exclusively for our kitchen use this year. nasturiums, pineapple sage flowers, picollo basil, chives and thyme to name just a few. Thanks Diana, Happy Birthday and God bless…

we love cured meats!

 

thanks to jeremiah’s obsession with the art of salumi, and his many hours of instruction and research, we have officially begun our very own production of charcuterie. meats from polyface farms, and techniques passed down from generations ago, have bestowed us with something to really look forward to in the coming months. be patient… 30-60 days of careful watching and waiting, before we will get to enjoy the fruits of our labors. stay tuned…
